Inspired by Erin Y. Huang’s book Urban Horror (2020), we wanted to explore grassroots unrest through music and define the genre as: Urban Horror.

Civilized Grass wants to use music and art to open up the power of mutual support in the community and try to look at the world with empathy, generosity, and moderate rationality; with less competition, violence, and over-rationality. We hope to encourage everyone to find new possibilities and outlooks in life through sincerity.

受到Erin Y. Huang 著作《城市恐怖》（2020）的啟發，我們想透過音樂，圍繞草根階層的不安，並將音樂風格定義為：城市恐怖 （Urban Horror)。

Civilized Grass文明草，想透過音樂藝術，開放社區中相互支持的力量，嘗試以同理心、慷慨、適度的理性看待世界；少一點競爭、暴力和過度理性。我們希望透過真誠，鼓勵大家一起尋找生活新的可能和面貌。
